Bleak: Unfortunately I am doing this one as a solo project that I originally created for tv and movies. :) I am throwing the release party as a "One Night Only" deal so to speak to celebrate getting the album done after a year and 3 months of working on it now. If I could get some tour backing though, I would definately book an Austrailian tour to support the album! :) I cannot even tour in the states, but I am hoping to pull some shows off down the road as this is a first in a series of albums on my project list.

If you want to come up for the party though, you're more than welcome. I have a couple folks coming down from Canada, and possibly another friend from London even... lol The more the merrier. :)

Hue: Very cool, and Thank you very much! :) Yes, I hope to meet any of you guys that can make it out for the event. Should be pretty cool and a lot of fun out there! :) yeah, we should talk Walt into coming out and hanging out with us. I think he is over here in SE Michigan if I remember right?

Ya, their main office was or still is in Sterling Heights. I havent talked to any fo those peeps or been out there for about 5 years now. So I am not sure if they still have any offices aroudn there. They were a big industrial equipment supplier.

Nope, never hoid of 'em... but I will say one thing good about this area, it's buisnesses are very diverse, and everything a studio-guy could use is within a 20 minute drive . GC, Foam Factory, and about 5 different computer parts stores are just down this road, or that one . Though I do hear there are alot of buinesses are leaving this state for search of somewhere cheaper to opperate . Sign of the times, I guess .

yeah, you are right for sure Hue! There is so many cool places to get stuff around here that its unreal! I have seen a lot of cool places go out of business in the last few years especially though... Everyone is trying to find a way to get around the economy. btw... where is Foam Factory? I have never heard of it? I ordered one of those kits from Musicians Friend and thought it was a rip off... lol is the Foam Factory place pretty reasonably priced?

Foam Factory Inc
22800 Hall Rd
Clinton Twp., MI 48036

They moved their facility about a half-year ago to that address . I just visited them the other day, and I must say that the extra room they aquired suits them well . I picked up a bunch of their 'Auralex-equivelent' off of the 2nds-shelf, and ended up paying about 1$/sq.ft. for 3" wedge type ! The '2nds' means they are slightly 'off' in color, or have a small tear in them... still quite usable and a great-looking blue color . If they don't have what you want they'll cut it especially for you... and they're just plain 'ol nice peeps over there .: )

Shall I bring what I can carry to the cd-release ? heh
