PCI card help

i've been looking for a PCI card that will connect to my friends mixer. it has RCA, 1/4" TRS, and XLR outs on it all in stereo but i cant find a PCI card with XLR inputs and any kind of stereo output online for a cheap price.
sorry to bug you guys for helping me look. im just a kid thats trying to figure all this sound stuff out by you uys and my dad. IM GETTING A JOB SOON though. So ill be able to afford all this stuff!
