I’m looking for a good program to help out with my vocals and am willing to spend up to $300. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If ye are looking for the best, the Antares Autotune is the daddy...

I've seen Melodyne in action, and I was quite impressed. It doesn't work real time, though.
I have no idea of the price range, but a simple google search should make you wiser.
