connecting behringer UB1204pro

Hi everyone. This is my first post here. First things first: I am a noobie. I have very little idea on how I'm to connect my Behringer UB1204 to my sound card (a SB Live). The sound card has a line in and line out, and a speaker plug-in, plus a mic....I know I need to use the line in plug in on the sound card...but where do I plug in on my mixer? I have tape input and tape output...plus stereo aux return...plus aux send...plus control room out.....my manual is about as useful as boobs on a bull.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
