How to change the tempo of a project without changing the tempo of the midi-file.I have a midi file that are not in time rate.

Jan 22, 2005 12:37 pm open what ever program you're using and create a new project, then import the midi file after you got your project tempo set. as opposed to doubble clicking the midi file and lettin' the program open automaticly. know what i mean?
