using all inputs on my monitors

hey, i just got a standard set of studio monitors( krk rokit 5's) and im setting up my control room now. these speakers have 3 sets of inputs: XLR, 1/4 TRS, and RCA's...
does any one know, can i leave these all plugged in and active at the same time...for example, using one set out of my DAW, one out of my mixer, and one for who knows what else. obviously, this setup would be great, just dont want to mess up my new gear...
