all of a sudden when i rewire reason thru sonar 3,the beat is distorted....why?i'm still using the integrated soundcard (ac97)..

AC97's can flake out and frustrate you at any given time...
Dec 27, 2004 08:24 pm as a matter of fact, i did a windows update a couple days ago,could that be why and how do i fix it?i am going to get e-mu 0404,just haven't gotten round to it yet but how do i get it back workin in the meanwhile?
Dec 27, 2004 08:44 pm Set back the drivers for the AC97. I know windows just had a driver update for them and it botched the sound on my sons mp3 playre up a bit. So I just rolled back the drivers and all was good.
