Hooking mixer to pc

Hi, I have purchased some recording items to hopefully use to record albums with my band.
Heres what I have:
Yamaha EMX 2000 Mixer
M-Audio Omni Studio PCI
Shure Drum mics
shure instrument mics
mic stands
1/4 audio cables
PA Speakers
recording head phones

I would like to hook my mixer into my pc through the omni studio if this is possible and hook the mics into the mixer to record onto my pc with Cubase or cakewalk sonor or whatever.
How do I do this if possible?
What else do I need to do so?
