Subwoofer question

I have a Yamaha subwoofer that puts out about 100 Watts. It is front firing. My desk (Raxxess) is up against a wall treated with Auralex Studio foam and Lerhnd Bass traps in a 10X10 room. I have four diffusors on the back wall. and the side walls are also treated with foam in various positions.

If anybody can help me position my subwoofer to get a nice bass response I would appreciate it. Right now I am getting a rumble if you are up against it but it does not travel to the listening position. If I stand up where my chair is, it sounds ok. I can't quite figure this one out. I have moved it all around and it hasn't helped. Thanks for any help you guys can give.
