I am having trouble inputing the correct Bank Select into my MIDI keyboard to my synthesizer. For example, if I wanted my strings to make a tremolo effect, according to my synthesizer voice list, I need to change the Bank Select to: MSB 0, LSB 112 . I am stuck and I can not seem to change the bank at all.

Oct 07, 2004 10:52 pm I use the SL-1100 and have it set up to change bank and pathc info via the keys themselves. I am not if the 900 can do the same thing or if you have to rely on the control buttons to do it. I would suggest going to Fatar/Studiologic www.studiologic.net/manuals.html and scrole down page about 4 up from the bottom and download the manual. It will tell you how to set it up for bank and patch change.

I own both ST-900 and the SL-1100. ST-900 can do program changes, bank changes. and change voices by selecting one of sixteen midi channels. I'm looking at the owner's manual as I type this. Does anybody have service info on the ST-900? I have a funny problem with mine - a few notes two octaves apart from one another won't play.
