cuz the UK sucks!

joking, joking, joking, calm down...

Actually, I spoke with them aboot this a while back and they want to, and are working on other part of the world, but some of the issues are vendor restrictions...such as Musician's Friend treading on the turf of their vendors other clients and stuff like that.

Obviously you have never been to Minnesota...plenty of cold, wet and wind to go around...Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes after all, and the winter can get VERY, VERY cold...like, it's physically painful cold...with 3-4 feet of snow...

72º and sunny here. All year long......

Sorry. As a Brit ex-Pat, I can't do all that damp and cold thing anymore.

Ok, picks...

www.steveclayton.com - not sure that they will ship to the UK (can't see why they wouldn't). If you've never used their picks before, please try them. I do not work for them, no. I've been using the big triangular .80mm for bass, and the regular .63mm for guitar (and occasionally the .50mm for my mandolin-thingy)for years; and I won't buy anything else now. I love them. They don't break (like the Fender picks), don't slip out of your hand, have a lovely warm sound (similar to a nylon, but a little brighter), and wear away evenly and softly. I've not ordered any custom picks from them yet, I only just found out they were doing them. Might be a chuckle. Anyway, great picks, low prices ($24.99 is their base for a custom lot).

Naw, I want them with my name and address on them in case I get lost :-p !!!

Nah, I just want some custom picks with my Bad Martini logo on them cause I think it would be pretty cool....it would look good tae a gigs!

Also, I always wanted picks with my name on them after gettin a few at gigs and thinking to myself that it would be cool to have your very own custom pick.

So, no real good reason at all Mauz, just a bit of fun really. They cost next to nothing too.
