O SO MANY WIRES PLEASE HELP!!!!

i have a korg triton and a akai mpc and im tryna record some of my work on my laptop useing acid pro now i have midi/audio external interface its a tascam us-122 and im tryna hooked all three of these together so i can succesuflly record my music in the program as well as the sounds from the lap top comeing out of my monitors i can i can mix down the music also a step by step discription of this would b good if anyone knows how thank u
