Why!!?? Noises !!

I have a Motif ES (keyboard) and I midi control it with my labtop. I finally got myself a pair of reference monitors and have it OUT from my keyboard to L & R mono to my monitors. Everything sounds good until I plug in my firewire(when I use Mlan) or USB cable to my computer to my keyboard...

I hear noises that are so loud (it's like a buzzing sound) and whenever I move my mouse or open an application it gets louder! So I thought it must be the firewire or the USB cable... So I unplugged everything. Now I just want to monitor my mix that I have recorded to my computer. So, with nothing plugged in (no USB, no firewire etc), I simply run an 1/8 inch to L & R mono 1/4 inch to my reference monitors. Pretty simple right? Oh no, I'm getting that dreadful noises again!!

So now I know it's not the USB nor the Firewire... It's my computer!! Is there a setting that was wrong on my computer? I don't even have to run any program I just get those noises as soon as I plug in my speakers! I have a generic SB card that came with my Dell labtop... Does that have anything to do with the noises...? Somebody please help!
