yea, those prices are pretty cheap. I go through powerhoster.com and pay roughly $36 a month for almost the same plan that HostPC.com has for $16 a month. I'll be designing my brother's shoe site pretty soon so I might consider HostPC.com. Thank you.

not $36 a month....i mean $36 a year. And HostPC's plan is $16 a year. I think I was drunk when I wrote that, lol.

Do they place any restrictions of the files you can host ie MP3??

Also, any probs with UK users using?

Cheers

I dunno, everything is up on the hostpc web site and a couple of web sites I know that are hosted there...however there forums said there have been problems with a couple of servers but are back now.

The reason why I ask is because I can do most web things (FTP, host my site, etc), but I cannot send email. I even tried to go into Squirrel mail, and I keep getting the "550 non-authenticated" error. I was going to log a ticket on the hostpc site, but now that won't even load.

It's all loading for me, perhaps there is a network outage between your ISP and HostPC's datacenter.

So when you say loading, you can also send emails via a client piece? In my case, I have been using Outlook (XP).
