What's a good low latency sound card?

I use Native Instrument's B4 Organ and Pro 53 quite a bit. I am in the process of setting up a new machine for recording (and live play) and I was curious to know if anyone had any suggestions on which sound cards give very low latency with VST Instruments?

Also, to add to that question... it would help if the soundcard also had 4-8 inputs for direct recording from a mixer.

I'm thinking a M-Audio brand sound card, what are your opinions?

Thanks! - Al

M-Audio runs very low latency, but the card isn't the only factor. The card should run with ASIO drivers as they are the best performance (that means the app you use needs to support ASIO), but latency will also drop with a lot of RAM and a fast CPU.
