It's retailing at about 570 USD... think its worth it?

The spec is quite impressive.

ive been looking very closely at this unit also. I need to upgrade to accomadate my new 7 piece drum mic kit( currently using m-audio firewire 410 ). BTW, you might wanna check out musician's friend, they advertise 400 bucks :)
