well, I didn't really hear the ska part, but it still sounded cool. I really couldn't find anything to complain about. Sounded good to me.

hi there

although i dont know much (anything?) about this style of music, what i can say is that listening on my crappy earphones on my PC here at work, the tune sounds highly professional, no nasty frequencies at all: in fact, everythings coming through as clear as a bell, and those low bass "sucks" or whatever theyre called in the trade sounds awesome. No nasty boominess, no mud, just clarity. Nice one!

hey, style's relatively unimportant, just so long as it don't suck!!

glad to hear it's listenable though (mix-wise).

thanks for the comments. when i get home to a decent connestion i hope to return the favour*.

Hehe, i'm welsh mate, we string as many consonants together as we can just to confuse the crap outta non-welsh people! ;)))

But alas, i do not speak the lingo personally...

No, your track far from sucks. I'll actually listen to any style of music as long as it's good, and yours falls into this category ;)

Take care mate

I dated a lush Welsh girl in my younger days. I too loved the accent, ahhh memories. :-)

Pixel, that is a sweet mix, it all fits together nicely. The drum beat is a bit on the ska side, I do hear that as well as bit of keys that come and go hinting at some ska as well in the background. The transitions are all well placed and make for an interesting listen for sure.

Very dancable as well Pixel, tuna wants to bring it to the next dance at school and slip it into the mix. I told him I would ask your permision and he was gettin all yippy skippy on me to hurry.

Again very nice, its gonna get popped into the playlist alongside your other mixes. Makes for nice working music when Im clicking away here.

Hey Pixel, Tuna will be thanking you. I know he likes your stuff a bunch since hes always playing it off my drive on the network. I told him to just drag a copy over to his box, but he is sandbaggin as he figures why eat up his disc space when he can just suck it off mine. I will grab a fresh copy of it now for him.

Thanx again.

Pixel, just an update. He has been listening to your tracks now for 3 days straight. He is really getting into the dance and techno type stuff. He and his younger brother actually sat down together and started playing Djembe and bongos along with it on Sunday, and I had a good giggle as they tried to stay with the changes. I think you gained several fans over here dude.

haha!! well chuffed!

if he likes the breaks thing tell him to check out nubreaks.com - u.s. based breaks site with forums, downloadable mixes and a streaming breaks station over the weekends.

or there's nuskoolbreaks.co.uk, which is kinda similar, but in a uk stylee.

(i'm clodhoppa on both sites)

if he likes mine, then he should really get himself into the real good stuff!

thanks for the props tho fella!!
