Jan 23, 2004 09:12 pm if you want to look into othe rsequencers, there are several top competitors out there including Cakewalk Project 5 and Orion Pro.
so what do you mean has all the beats, pads, etc? are you just looking for more sound samples and/or virtual instruments?

Jan 24, 2004 05:18 am if youre after different sounds, just get some crappy old drum machine or keyboard and sample the drums off that, fatten them up with some compression or distortion and voila! they might not be as perfect as what comes included with other software, but they'll be original at least...

Jan 25, 2004 06:15 pm If your looking for something to compete with fruity only on a higher level then you want to look at Project 5 from Cakewalk. It is fuitry times ten. The application comes with a truck load of synths, samplers, drum programers and samplers, as well as all the sequanceing foodies you can think of and it also has a boatload of samples and loops as well.
