ok. i downloaded 2.2 and switched to the asio driver thingys. now the manual says in the audio options the Playback and Record Timing Master should be 5,6 direct pro Q10. But when i changed the drivers it doesnt give me a 5,6 option in RTM, just 5 5. its weird. anyone with the Q10 run into this problem?

Sure, the latency was probably through the roof tho...odds are it's a routing problem in the Q10 control panel, however, not having any experience with the Q10 I can't say for sure...

You downloaeded 2.2 of what exactly? When using an audio interface, I always set the Record timing master to the first 2 inputs. In the case of the Q10 are you sure that they are asking you to set 5 and 6 as the record timing master? Thsi should have nothing to do with wether you hear any audio or not, this is only a clocking issue. The problem of no audio sounds internal with the Q10 or in your audio connections. Make sure you check your signal path from beginning to end. And then double check in your application that you acutally have the audio outputs assigned and drivers running for whichever outputs you want to hear, In Sonar you can have as many live outputs as you have available.
