I'm using the Roland SI-24 under Cubase SX with a customized XML file that a friend of mine pass me over the internet but it does add the surround joystick functionality added though... I wonder if it's posible to add that function to the xml file or if it's only Logic exclusive functionality. If anyone has a file that works I would be very greatfull...
thanks

I think you will have better luck asking this on the Cubase SX forums on cubase.net

Thats a bummer, Then I would go to customer support...that is what they are for. But I see little reason to think that any XML script functions are cross-application compatible. If it was made for Logic I doubt it would fly in Cubase. Logic is starting to go a similar route of ProTools, that being a very exclusive product requiring certian parts, the fact Mac bought them and discinued PC support I think is probably the first in a long line of similar actions for Logic.

IMHO I think it's clear that apple want to show Microsoft what a real monopoly is :)

Ya, that is what they wanted to do back in the 70's and 80's too...didn't work too well, and STILL isn't working to well. Hopefully Steve Jobs has layed off that bong that he hit on so hard back then.
