i've been looking into getting a wireless system for playing live but i'm not sure what type of features i should look for. all i know is that i'd like it to be rackmountable and sound good, without me having to swap batteries every half hour. any suggestions on what feature i should look for?

thanks

Per my experience avoid Nandy. I have yet see one that works well. Pay the extra price for a Shure or equivilant and make sure that it is a true diversity system. This will help greatly to provide a constant noise free signal.

I second Walt's Nady opinion... I had a set of Nady in-ears and they were complete junk.

AKG and Shure make 2 of the top line systems for wireless stage gear. They are not cheap, but they are good and very dependable.

And I will third the stay away from Nady phrase. I dont normally bad mouth anyones product, but from experiance I can say they are building inferior products. Cheap yes, but they are truly disposable, you use it a bit and then just thorw it away.
