So, since I made this site more responsive to mobile and tablet devices a couple months ago I have been watching, and mobile devices are now about 16% of the visitors, and tablets are about 8%...together, that is pushing 1/4 of the visitors!
So, I consider that time, and time going forward to support it and take it farther, time very well invested, and I have learned some fun stuff too.
So, do you guys and gals have any comments? Things I could change, or do better, or unique bugs on specific platforms that I may have not seen? Overall I call my project successful, but I am confident there is room for improvement and I'd like to hear what you think those improvements should be.

Jan 28, 2014 03:38 am Well, personally, I use my laptop to view this site (it's set as one of my home tabs).
The new re-design is interesting, but since you are asking for feedback, I'd have to say that a lot of scrolling is required to view the most recent threads (since I'm mostly looking at the forum function personally). In the end, it's not so bad, but I thought it was more convenient previously.
Jan 28, 2014 08:55 am Interesting feedback and duly noted...my knee-jerk reaction is to say that not that many new threads come in a day or day or two, so scrolling shouldn't be necessary...that being said, in hope that WILL be a problem again, maybe I shoulsd rethink that grid layout into more of a list...I like the idea of part of the post itself being displayed, not just the title...cuz titles can be misleading, or nebulous.
Huh, good food for thought, coolo, thanks!
Feb 06, 2014 06:44 pm OK, coolo, I made it more of a list, but I doubt it's better for the scrolling aspect you were mentioning...any comments?
