I don't understand why. It has to be in the settings. I always ignore it, but I was wondering if anyone else has this prob. Oh well, I'm coming anyway!

I have heard people say that now and then, I assume it's some random ad that gets put up by my ad server...every now and then some lame one gets through the system, and Kaspersky seems to be a sensitive app...if you happen to see an ad on the pages that freak out your app, let me know which one so I can get rid of it...cuz I don't use Kaspersky, and different ads get shown to different people based on a variety of criteria...

Thanks, sorry about that, fortymile emailed me and mentioned that a few weeks ago...yeah, for those of you that remember him, he still lurks, doesn't post though...and a couple others have said it over the last couple years, since I switched to OpenX for my ad server, so I presume the OpenX network get some sneaking through now and then...most that have emailed me use Kaspersky or NOD if I recall, never the big names...Norton, MacAfee, Grisoft or any of those...which I find interesting.

I don't understand it, DB. It throws up a flag every time I do anything. Log in, click on a forum, click back, any time I go to a different page. The odd thing is, it identifies each click as a virus thats downloading, then pops up the green light and allows to continue, though it claims to denie it. Had there been a true virus, this app would block me from going in an instant. It has to be a setting on my end. I'm on my laptop now, but I have Kaspersky on all of my PC's, except my recording pc, which of course has no internet connection. The other PC that I use more than this, is my gaming pc. On that one, the red flag only pops up about half as much. The whole thing is really no big deal to me and neither one of us should worry to much about it, but it is interesting.

edit..wait..isn't there suppose to be advertising along the left hand side? Could it be blocking that?
