Hello, again. I just want to know if I set up my mixer for a live show, can I use the inserts on the channels to send into a recording interface for multi-track recording into my computer? Thanks.

I am forgetting the order of the connections, but I believe if you push a cable into the insert only to the first "click" it'll be a send.

Inserts are three connection, TRS, meaning tip, ring and sleeve...if you push it in to only connect to the tip, you're golden...

me thinks...

Anyone else agree with this theory? Is so, thank you I'll give it a try.
