How do I use a 3-channel mic mixer like the Rolls MX54S with camcorders like Kodak Zi8 etc. which have a 3.5 mm mic input jack? The photo of the inputs at the back is at www.rolls.com/productImage.php?pid=MX54s . All mic inuts in the mixer are XLR inputs whereas I have a 3.5 mm Tram 50 mic. What kind of adapter I need for the mic for my 3.5mm mic to go into this mixer? An amazon link will be very helpful.

There are two transformed balanced ouputs in the back but they are also XLR but the camcorder has only one 3.5 mm mic input jack. There is a 1/4 inch Aux/Headphone output jack in the front but I am not sure whether I can connect that to the mic input to the camcorder as it is a headphone output jack. So how do I input this mixer output into my camcorder mic input? Please help.

Any help will be much appreciated.

There are adapters available of every kind... but I'm having trouble understanding what you're trying to accomplish. Are you trying to go from mic -> mixer -> Kodak? And if so, why introduce the mixer? The Kodak only has one mic input.. .so that seems to imply you can only go direct (mic -> Kodak).

The mixer has 3 in, 2 out (L and R, respectively). So if you wanted to, lets say, record 3 mics simultaneously to your Kodak... you would need the mixer's 2 XLR outs to 1 TRS 1/8" adapter.

To do this though, you would need to buy 2 XLR cables (male to male if you can find it or male to female with two female to male adapters) as well to go from mixer's 2 OUT to Adapter's 2 IN.

Or you can go 2 Male XLR to 1/8" TRS and get this adapter
