Guitar Rig 2 - Recording Issue

Sorry if this is the wrong section or something, I'm new here so don't hesitate to direct me to the right section if it is.

I just got Guitar Rig 2 off Ebay. It detects my guitar perfectly, but after I save the recorded file, it saves as a damaged WAV file. I can't open it using any media player, or Guitar Rig, and can't convert it using any programs.
