I have the Lexicon Pro with the Cubase bundle. Unfortunately it is the older Cubase LE1 and even with the update the build date is 2006. At mixdown my music sounds great. But when I export and then listen to the "finished product" my peaks fluctuate and it sounds like shite.

My question is this - what recording software compatible with the LexiconPro is available ???

I DO NOT want anymore of Cubase's shitty programs.

Also is there any freeware out there I could use for the same purpose?

Have a great day !!!

whats wrong with cubase?

why do you think you gonna get a better product thru freeware?

Cubase LE isnt that much different from 4 or 5 as far as recording goes.
As someone that is just starting off you wouldnt even get close to using all the features on LE.

If you just want to record then there's nothing wrong with it at all.

Honestly, swapping and changing programs hoping to get a better sound quality etc is waste of time, they all sound the same.

Unless you just downright hate the way Cubase is set up then i would just stick with it.

Any program would work with the Lex tho.

If things are fluctuating in Cubase then there's something not right somewhere,
What do you mean by fluctuate? what Fx are you using?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

These silly forums are soooo funny !!!

There's always some stupid rude people posting stupid rude posts.

I'd like to meet you in person Mr. 2nd Grade Renegade and shove my vintage Hagstrom Swede right up your sissy ***** *** !!!

Seriously, if you can't say something nice or pertinent than please don't post at all. Are you actually in the 2nd grade? Did daddy buttfuck you too many times? Did mommy try to sell you for crack? I can do this all day !

There is no substitute for talent.

Have a great day !!!

You started it.

I posted a song. Why don't you? Let's let the people here decide who is the real musician instead of this pointless name calling.

Are you up to the challenge? Can you outdo me and my tiny studio?

Bring it! No more silly ***** chat! Song vs. song!
