Apr 28, 2010 11:37 am EV is a great speaker. One of the best horn companies out there. Which is a high frequency driver, commonly called a tweeter.
EV has been around for years. So, I won't say that JBL is superior to EV. I think that both have product lines that work great in certain applications.
If your happy with the sound of them....... Then life is good. If your not, then all of us here can make suggestions for you, and try to keep you with in your budget.
