Converting .flac files

Does anyone know of a good free program I can download to convert .flac files into .wav or .mp3 files? I have a soundtrack that I want to burn to CD that is in .flac format.

Germanix soft's GX-Transcoder was one I used to use quite a bit. Does pretty much anything you want. CBR mp3, VBR mp3, ogg vorbis, wav, flac, etc. It's got quite a few customization options.

And I believe it's still a freebie.
