terratec ews88 problems.....help!!!

When recording with CEP 1.2 it keeps saying application already in use. I have shut down all possible devices that could be hijacking the drivers, but to no avail. In the control panel of the ews88 there is a sample rate that is supposed to be unlocked. Mine says it is loced. how do you unlock it? How do you change the setting in the control panel...please help.

Dude, you need to fill out your gear profile. Without any info on your system we really cant do alot for ya. One suggestion would be to go to the Terratec website and download the corrent drivers and try them. I know they have some serious issues with certain OS among other issues with their hardware and software.
