My computer won't open the disk on my Tascam DP01 anymore. What should I do

Sorry, I'm new and I wasn't sure exactly where to post this question. I can't seem to import my files from my recorder onto the computer now. It worked once but when I tried to upload another track, it stopped working. My computer keeps telling me the device malfunctioned but also says it's working properly so I have no idea what's wrong. Is there a way to fix this?
