Here I am! Right where y'all left me! haha

It's just been a weird last few months. I'm trying to get my life in order to move... again. It seems that my dog, as kind and loving as he is, is much too 'viscious' for my comunity, so we need to leave. Actually the official reason they gave me was that he is 3" too tall. ********!

Turning forty sucked, too. lol

Other than that, just been trying to keep my sanity in this crazy holiday season....

"Christmas cost less at Walmart." WTF??? If I were a christian, It would piss me off even more. Where is this world heading to, I ask!?

On the lighter side of things, my band has been working pretty hard on some new material. We should have a new 'Loafys Jam Of The Week, Or So'-song posted within the next week, and I must admit, I really do like this new direction that we're headed in. Kind of a smooth-jazz, bluesy-Sabbath, etherial, heavy-thing, goin' on. This is going to be the last song we recorded with me playing through my Line-6 rig, which I have since sold. Going through the paces of getting the components together for the current Randall rig... picked up the wha-wha for it just last night... a Behri Hellbabe... impressive 'lil thing.

Anyway, it's nice to see that I've been missed... deffinately have been missin' you guys, here as well. Hope y'all have had a good Christmas, and that everyone's ready for tonights festivites! Remember to play it safe, guys... call a cab if you need to drive anywhere after a few cocktails. : ) Cheers!

Man...that sucks about Nero. I used to work at the city hall for one of the most atrocious suburban communities in Missouri. The people I worked directly with were all awesome...but you would not believe the kind of people the community voted into city council to make decisions...it's awful.

They banned pits while I worked there...I think I was the only non-pit owner present who was furious about the legislation. There were around 30 soccer moms wearing powder blue t-shirts to visually show how organized they were against the Pit Bull threat...or was that the second hand smoking threat? I was there when they banned smoking in every business within city limits too. Banning smoking EVERYWHERE = stupid. Requiring businesses to provide signage indicating that smoking is permitted within the business = smart.

I hear you on the Consumermas thing too...I'm so sick of it. Can't we celebrate a different holiday next season???

Looking forward to your new material. I'm really interested to hear what that Randall sounds like too though. Most people around me use Vox and Fender stuff.

I'm working on a Delta blues inspired rock opera about a cam-(w)hore right now with some friends (their music -> www.myspace.com/opossumtrotmusic ). I think it's turning out really well...can't wait to share with everyone. I'm still self conscious about posting anything with my new gear...I feel like I should make my gear sound the way it should before releasing something that sounds less good than how my gear SHOULD sound...if that makes any sense ...

I am so tired of the hatred against pits, I mean, I own a gentle, kind mutt, so it never affects me directly, but pits are not the problem, the problem is a good percentage of pit owners that train them that way. I have also seen great pits raised by great owners.

I won't even brush the subject of Christmas consumerism and trying to raise kids to appreciate the real meaning of Christmas.

Yeah... there's three other people in my comunity that have either had to get rid, or of their pup, moved, or are tied up in the legal proceedings for their dogs. I've composed a letter for them filled with rediculous hieght references of those whom Ilive with, but am waiting to things more organized before sending. Pfft...

I understand that pits can cause problems if mistreated, or not 'kept' well, and I'm all about leash-laws, and licensing, but to condemn the entire breed for it, is nothing short of ignorance with a side of lazy. There is 'one' township within my local area left that hasn't outlawed pits. I'm moving there, so I can breath easier on the whole issue. I'll be moving less than a mile to make this happen. Again... stupid.

Quincysan... I will try to make some time to check out the new stuff you're doing... sounds interesting to say the least. : )

HaHa... it took all day for me to write that... we're pretty dang busy tonight! Have a fun sasfe night all... see y'as next year! oh...

I don't even remember turning forty!

And that completely sucks on the dog thing. Pretty much sum's up the mentality of the neighborhood then right there as well.

More to say but only had a second to spare here. And besides, I got worried when I saw Hue might be missing.

Glad your not.

And ya, I know I'm late as hell on this thread. But I been too busy for my own good.

Dang, Noize! I hope there'll be a day when I can say that same sentance. People keep saying that "40 is the new 20". Bah!... my ***! I didn't know anything at 20, and really wish I didn't know what I know now.haha

The comunity office ended up folding on the Nero-tip... they realized we would move, and made the exception that they needed to... new managment. pffft...
