ADT1616 - No Module - DDX3216 Mixer Problems

Hi

Recently my Behringer DDX3216 has stopped recognizing the ADT1616 card. All it says in the I/O section of the desk is "No Module". I. know it's not a problem with my DIGI9636 soundcard or computer since they are both brand new.

I've taken the ADT1616 out and put into the 2nd module slot but still the desk doesn't recognize it. I have also put the desk back to its factory settings with no joy.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and can suggest what could be wrong? Is it likely that it's a fault with the ADT1616 or the mixer? The little red lights still show up from the 'Out' slots by the way so it does sort of acknowledge its there!

Well, if it was working and suddenly stopped that is not a good sign.

Have you checked the Behringer website to see if there are any firmware updates or anything? Or have you recently updated the firmware or had the card out of the mixer that something might have gone buggy?

There could be any number of things gone wrong with it. Plugging something in wrong could fry the card as well. I know that card is no longer available, unless direct from Behringer I think. I would possibly try contacting Behringer tech support to see if there are any issues that were known about the card.

I know that's not much help but that wasn't a hugely popular mixer and the card was only on the market a short while. So there is not a huge amount of info on it for tech support other then maybe at Behringer.
