Put a new song in my Profile here. It's called Scissor Run. I'm into heavy music that's guitar driven... This is NOT that at all. It's... Well, take a listen please. Just something different and I'm sharing it with the world.

Critiques welcome! :D

Sounds great mate.

It's beautifly creppy.

or creepily beautiful perhaps.

I love that occcasional reverse 'something' that appears through out the song. really helps the smooth flowing rhythm.

My ONLY slightly negetive comment is the straightening of the pitch during the chorus.

I really like that effect but it maybe slightly overdone here.

It's far more effective when it's not constant.

That said. I really like the tune.

Great job

Awesome. Thank you for the words. It's a reverse tom BTW. Haha.

I tried to make the tune as trance like as possible. But, I can see where you come from with the chorus. Thank you my friend.

different, especially from a metalhead.
got some cool FX.

cant really critique it, not really familiar with the genre.

I like it though.

Ou damn. I like this :] Very dark. Reminds me of a little of some of maynard james keenans work as pusifer or apc, probably not what you wanna hear or what you were going for haha but hey, hes one of my idols. This is honestly my favorite thing i've heard on HRC yet.

hmm. just a suggestion, but maybe make that fade out last another few bars (and more gradual) and then when the music is gone leave that static effect for a few more seconds then end abruptly (im terrible at descriptions). That could really run well into the next song on your album/collection.

Haha. Yeap! It's very Puscifer inspired. I have just never tried anything like it before so, I was eager to hear what others thought. Thanks guys!

Haha! wow really? well hey i was totally diggin' it. Personally i plan on really exploring music genres. I always find it helpful to keep an open mind on these things. Heck, pop song and lyric structure can help industrial metalheads reach out to a broader audience. I see no drawbacks to experimentation :]

Do you have any other material on the web? I'd love to hear it. I'll probably give this song quite a few more listens as well. I only really took in the first impression. Heck, if you have a cheap EP or something on itunes i'll totally buy it.

Yep, I had to listen a bit quieter but still got it.

I must agree on the fade out, that would make it nearly perfect for the ending. I can't really be too critical on the mix as it wasn't loud enough to really judge. I will give it another listen tomorrow though a bit on the loud side. Which it sounds like it is begging to be cranked up a bit.

Thanks guys! I'll adjust some here and there when we do some more work on it.

Fragile, I've done a few works that are scattered through-out MySpace. The most "metal" one is www.myspace.com/deadwingmetal

While, it's not me playing... I did all the production and those guys just kick ***. haha.

Very cool man, bravo on the branching out. Me, I love stoner rock but I love nothing more than the challenge of writing songs in a genre I don't frequent.

I got to listen again today a bit louder. Very cool Middle Eastern feel to it in parts. I think the Autotune is what does it during the chorus, so for me that wasn't too overdone. I found it added to the feel of that part.

I liked the tune overall and really can't find anything major flawed that i would say sticks out.

I'll check out the myspace soon :] Im not a big metal head but i can find it amusing for awhile.

and i agree with noise, the autotune perfects the chorus :] maybe you could do some tweeking with it. Idk how good the program your using is compared with the stuff pros use, but something feels like its missing with the effect. I can't quite place what it is though.
