If it is in pristine condition and has been well taken care of then it can be a good mixer. And if it has add on cards then that as well can be a bonus.
My personal experience with them was they were a bit glitchy and had a couple crash issues at times. Sound wise it is fine, not high end but a fine unit. Are you looking to use it live or in a studio?
Honest opinion is looking at a Yamaha of the same caliber would be a better bang for the buck. But that is just my opinion
