Well, its a 10 year old digital mixer for starter's. Is it good or is it bad? Well that depends on the unit you are looking at. If it is in pristine condition and has been well taken care of then it can be a good mixer. And if it has add on cards then that as well can be a bonus.
My personal experience with them was they were a bit glitchy and had a couple crash issues at times. Sound wise it is fine, not high end but a fine unit. Are you looking to use it live or in a studio?
Honest opinion is looking at a Yamaha of the same caliber would be a better bang for the buck. But that is just my opinion
