Aug 20, 2009 06:25 am first check your fader level of your vocal track, sounds like after you added delay it made it too loud and now its peaking or clipping.
could be one multiple things though.

Hi friends,
I tried to mix my vocals with a karoke track yesterday using Adobe audition.During the take,the vocals was ok . Then I gave only a multitap delay effect.It also sound good.The problem was after mixing the vocals with the karoke track to a single file.Then my vocal got slight distortion ( pitiching problem and clarity problem).It was perfect before mixing and the problem came just after mixing.Please provide a solution.I am only a beginner in mixing.
