i dont know, ive been trying to post in talkin smack, but evertime i go there, it tells me to login again. but other boards i dont have that problem :( anyhow... i just wanted to ask all the ppl in the US wats the low down on taxing cds and stuff, coz im sending my cds over to a friend to sell, its only 10. so i wonder if theyll tax me.and how much

Mar 31, 2003 08:55 pm Crux, as far as taxing you. I dont think you will have a big problem with just 10 CDs. You can have your friend check with the local state government office, but I dont know for sure. I think they would be more worried if he was a big retailer and selling imported items. But truly I am not really sure how it all works since you are not charging the guy who is selling them.
