Apr 14, 2009 02:24 pm Yeah can you believe that was so long ago? The jury hung in his first trial but they got him after 30 hours of deliberation in the second trial.
What was his whole deal with holding people hostage at gunpoint in his mansion? He did it with the Ramones, with several women over the years, who knows who all else. Separation anxiety maybe? Mixed with a liberal amount of good old-fashioned lunacy and a splash of sociopathic tendencies, shake well and let simmer alone in a mansion for 30 years.

I'm surprised they didn't drag it out even farther. He always looked like crap from day one and now looks even worse.
I met the man in passing about 30 years ago. He was a jerk, and just seemed not right in the head. Self centered would be a good description. Granted I was no one he needed to know, but at least acknowledge the person your being introduced to.
