So I updated a couple songs in my profile.

I added a rough draft vocal to the "no idea" song which is now called "don't know". It has a few rough patches I really need to fix, but this is the overall I am shooting for, does it work well with the contrast on the vox. (last line is non-exsistent, I deleted it planning to redo and forgot before mixdown)

I also finally got my drummer over to redo the skins on "Metabilly". Although I have added nothing else it is nice to hear in time, beings drums are out of the way I see the rest progressing much faster and will hopefully have a full mix withing a couple weeks.

Suggestions on composition are welcome, beings they are unmixed for the most part I ask you please hold off mix suggestions until that stage.

I'll try and catch it yet tonight, otherwise tomorrow. I'm trying to watch a show on Travis Pastrana doing a 1300 mile Baja race solo. He is just a glutton for punishment.

Haha, not a prob. I figured even though they aren't done, they are more done than what was previously listed.

Yep, it works. I like it, the contrast is pretty cool is you ask me. I can't think of what it is but it reminds me of a an older hard rock tune. Either way, it works well for sure. I would bring forth the power and move ahead with it for sure.

Dude, those drums work for sure. Kid is good indeed. Now just beef the bejeebus out of em and your good to go. And a power bass. the bass is going to need to be something that will drive the billy part home more so then the metal part. I thought of another band similar to Rob Z. that leaned more toward the power/billy thing but now I forgot the name. I'll think of it and post back.
