nowhere radio

nowhere radio is a hard site to figure out. a few months back i did stuff with it for a while and figured out how to listen to other peoples' stuff. but tonight i tried to join, and realized that i had already joined a few months back and had forgotten. so i went looking for some screen where you can upload mp3's to 'your account' but i saw nothing of the sort. i tried checking the FAQ but it refused to load. i dont know--do i have to pay? what is the process to post a few mp3's?
