Mar 13, 2009 09:26 am if it's just the grills dented, you may just need something to hook behind the dent and pull it out. Sometimes they pop back into place surprisingly easy...the heavier grills you may want to unscrew and push it from the back.
In either case, it's not too hard.
Mar 13, 2009 11:54 am Yep. A hook works just fine for small dents.
If it's a large dent, then you might want to take off the grill. And beat it out with a hammer. No, really. It works just fine. But, you will have to repaint it when your done. A simple can of black spray paint is your friend.

Mar 13, 2009 07:12 pm yup, beat it streight and hit it with home depots best .99 black paint. thats exactly what we do. its actually better on big cave ins to use a 2x4 and beat the 2x4 so it doesnt actually flatten out the grille.
