New to home recording (sort of)

Hello, I used to do some MIDI recording back in the 90's and I want to get back into it. I currently have a 76 weighted key stage piano/ MIDI controller. It has the 5 pin in/out ports not USB. I would like a USB device to get the MIDI into a software program. I also would like to be able to capture at least 2 audio tracks. My friend suggested a Edirol UA-25. I like it, but then I saw a bunch of MIDI interfaces that had traditional sliders like a mixing board. Is there one that does both MIDI and analog audio? Thanks.

Something like the M-Audio Project mix I/O. www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/ProjectMixIO.html

But most of those type of units come with a price tag attached to them. It is probably way more then you really need.
