We didn't get my nephew a guitar for christmas in the end. Thought he was probably a bit young but we got him Guitar Hero.
Didn't think much of it actually, thought it was well easy, was expecting it to be great the way people rave on about it.
Still maybe after he masters that he'll want a real guitar, I suppose I can understand how it can teach people rhythm and coordination

Dec 28, 2008 04:20 pm Ya, I prefer to watch it rather then play it. I do much better using a regular controller instead of the guitar controller thing.
But ya, watching the kids play it on expert is pretty funny indeed. I'll give them a lot of credit for the hand to eye it takes to play that game.
