Well, I can't believe he actually did it. Well ya, I guess I knew he would, but its still cool.

I'm off to MO for his grad from basic. We get to see him for 6 hours on Wed. and like 8 hours on Thur. so I am stocked.

I can't believe I miss him as much as I do and am so stocked to see what he has become in such short order.

I'll post some pix when I get back on Fri. or Sat.

So anyway, in about an hour I'll be signing off until Friday night or Saturday. So enjoy the piece and quiet without me. :-)

Ya, thats it.

And ya, first thing I'm gonna do when I get his arse off the base is give him a good toss to see what he has learned. I'm betting I can still knock him on his arse. My knee's are feeling pretty good the last few days.

Hey! Congrats to Tuna! From everything that you have posted about Tuna, we all knew he make it.

Sounds like he is off to his AIT right away. No break in between. Hopefully he will get a 2 week break before he goes off to Europe.

Indeed. It sounds like he will get a 2 week break for Xmass and then after finishing AIT he will be coming home to do Home Town Recruiting for possibly 6 weeks, I'm thinking maybe 4 from what the Sgt. up here originally said before he left.

Either way it will be a blast to see him. First thing he wants is a big fat steak.

Hopefully he can change into civy's and go for a swim at the hotel. We are only about 2.5 miles from the base.

I'm just hoping I can find my way in there.

Congrats from me too. As a newb I missed most of his story, but for this special occasion I just have to speak up.

Have a safe trip and when your navigation system fails... ask for directions! ;-)

Thanx, and I'll pass on the congrats.

No nav system. That would be my youngest reading the google map. Unless of course he falls asleep.
