Jun 25, 2008 05:28 pm I like it, I like the textures you're getting. Maybe some deep reverb on the percussion, as they seem pretty dry.
Really make them draw out, spacey like the chimes / bells.
FUUUMMmmmmmmmttttttt.........
if that makes any sense =)

Jun 25, 2008 09:05 pm I actually kind of like the drums sitting distant like they are. It adds a murky depth to the sound of the music and kind of plays along with the distant sounding lead guitar part.
Although they could be a tiny bit more present in the mix at times they are still distinguishable.
I loved the way the piece builds up then subsides. It gives a nice back and forth feeling and keeps it from feeling slow.
Nicely done for sure.

Jun 26, 2008 01:02 pm I like it, simple and easy to listen to. The rock out towards the end is a great change of pace in the song.
I agree on the drums being a tad more present at parts, but; I actually do like the tone of everything and where it is sitting and really dig the overall murkyness (is that a word?) Noize mentioned.
Good song man, got vox planned for it?
