Behringer MX9000

Anybody know why the power supplies for the MX9000 are not available until August now?
Our board has been back at the dealer since mid March and they are waiting on a replacement power supply.
Kinda bites - new board, new facility, unable to use the new board, stuck with an old 12 channel mixer.

Well, I do know that a couple folks here have actually repaired their own PSU for the MX.

I can't honestly say what the deal is, but its possible that the dealer can't get the parts or is not an authorized dealer and thus gets put on a waiting list instead of getting priority.

If you search that topic here you will find a thread that has a listing of the actual replacement part if it is the same issue caused by the unit overheating and blowing.

Dealer has called Behringer directly - The dealer has the replacement board, just waiting on the replacement power supply.

I read those posts, but that was after the board had been sent back to the dealer for repair.

Power supply was only about 100 hrs old before it started a nice hum and seems like it might of torked a couple of channels.

Of course, it was thought it was a one time squeal that happened 3 times that I was there for. Then it happened when others were around and the person in charge of the sound area was told to get it fixed.

Then personal changed and now I'm pseudo in charge
