G'day,
I'm a newbie here so I hope this is the right forum ... if not please let me know which one to use.
Formerly used Vista home basic with my HP Pavilion TX2130 Laptop and w
ithout any problems.
I've just updated to Home Premium[I get from: www.popvoucher.co.uk/prod...rade,PC,.html]. Followed all the install instructions but don't seem to be able to run it.
Does anyone have any clues or sites I can go to check I've set the beast up correctly.

On the upgrade deal, I guess I would go directly to the Microsoft site and see what they say. I am wondering if the site you purchased the upgrade from is a legitimate site. I've seen a good deal of offers like that that ended up being bogus software.
So the system just plain does not boot into Windows at all? That is very odd if it went through the entire install and seemed to go OK.
Jun 13, 2008 07:36 am That site is just a middle man, it redirects the visitor (in a quite annoying way) to the retailer that is actually selling the product, and the redirects I checked were all reputable e-retailers.
The thing is that that site won't support, deal with returns or anything else for any product, you have to go through the retailer.
