Hello any body with a clue... can you perhaps make like you were setting up the following equipment and tell me how you would set this up for a live session? Here is what I have to setup: One-Behringer SL2442 FX Pro Mixing Board
One-Behringer CX3400 Crossover
One-Behringer DSP1124P Feedback destroyer
ONE- Behringer EP2500 Amp (2 x 1200 watts in 2-ohm/2400watts in 4-ohm bridged operation 2-channel, parallel or bridged mono operating modes for flexible application)
ONE- SHS Audio SA1500 Amp ( 350 Watts per Side @ 4ohm 700 Watts per Side @ 2 ohm - 700 Watts Bridged @ 8ohm 1400 Watts Bridged @ 4 Ohm)
TWO- Peavey PR15N Speakers used as my mains (FOH)
(400 watts program, 800 watts peak)
TWO- Behringer S1800s Sub woofers (Continuous Power: 175 W, Peak Power: 700 W
Frequency response:45 Hz – 400 Hz
Impedance: 4 Ohm, Sound pressure level: 98 dB (1 W @ 1 m)
TWO- Grund Audio Design ST100 Speakers used as my stage monitors
(100 @8 ohms)
I also have a PEAVEY 8.5C 2x550 Amp. The specs on the Peavy 8.5c are as follows:
Output power 2 3:
2 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD 550 W RMS per channel
4 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD 425 W RMS per channel
8 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD 270 W RMS per channel
(Bridge mode, mono)
4 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD 1100 W RMS
8 ohms, 1 kHz, 1% THD 850 W RMS
Rated Output power 2:
4 ohms, 20 Hz to 20 kHz, 0.15% THD 400 W RMS per channel
8 ohms, 20 Hz to 20 kHz, 0.1% THD 240 W RMS per channel
This is what I would like the physical set up to look like:
2 (PR15's mains) running off the SHS SA1500 amp
2 (Grund Audio Design ST100 stage monitors)running off of the Peavey 8.5c amp
2 (Behringer S1800s Subs) running off
of the Behringer Europower EP2500 amp
How Do I accomplish the above tasks? What is your recommendation or recommendations?
What modes do I use? (Bridged, parrallel, stereo, 2 way, 3 way, or what?
I am very confused but I have to get up and running fast.
Thanks and any fast "plain language help is greatly appreciated.
