Hey a long time ago I bought a delta 1010 and installed it on my old computer. I stopped using it and bought a new computer and equipment but I just recently tried recording on it again for fun. I remember now why I stopped using it. I was never able to record in anything but mono? I use adobe audition and an older pre amp that just provides phantom power to my studio projects microphone. All I want to know is how do you record in stereo in adobe audition. It records fine in mono and sounds great but do I have to do something to the settings in adobe 1.5 in order to make it record in stereo? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

um, if you only have one mic, i'm not sure why you want to record in stereo? If you only have one input, what are you going to do with a stereo file. Left and right will be exactly the same, aka it will sound the same as mono. And use up more hard drive space.

Ya, what coolo said. But as well if you want a stereo signal you have to supply two inputs on the interface with a signal from a left and right source such as a keyboard or guitar device like the POD or something.

Or a pair of mic's will do it as well. One to the left channel and one to the right. Which means a stereo pre amp or a pair of pre amps for a pair of mic's.
