Hi! I'm a newbie to HRC and desperately need help! Need to get album done!!!

I want to keep my Old System AND have my new Digital System--two, SEPARATE systems. However, if something from the old system will compliment my new one (for vocals, mixer, etc.) please advise!

My OLD System consists of the following items:
MPC 200XL - Also have the iOmega Zip 250 Zip Drive
Roland VS1880 - Also have QPS-525 Que Drive for the 1880 (burns CD's)
Proteus 2000 Module
Roland XP60 Keyboard
Alesis Monitor One Speakers (2)
Hafler TA 1100 Amp
Joemeek VC3Q Mic Pre
MK-219 Mic

My NEW System consists of the following items:
Reason 3
M-Audio - Fast Track Pro
Cubase AI4
My Laptop - HP Pavillion dv6000

Here is what I need to do:
1) Need to record any and all vocals in Cubase
2) Need to do Music on Reason, also using sounds from Cubase (Rewire process)
3) Need to be able to play Reason/Cubase sounds through my Roland XP-60 keyboarad, in order to be able to HEAR the sounds when finding them(using the keyboard as a funnel for sounds)
4) Still need to be able to play OLD system as needed (older sequences if necessary)
5) I have many new sequences that were sequenced on the MPC-2000XL, saved on the iOmega Zip 250 Zip Drive that I would like to TRANSFER to the NEW digital system and REPLACE the old sounds with Reason/Cubase sounds. I'd hate to do all of those over!

How in the WORLD do I hook it all up to do everything above? How do I get the MPC to sync with Reason in order to transfer all sequences, in order to update the sounds?

What needs to be hooked up to what for the new system? For the XP-60 to play Reason sounds? Can you please explicity tell me (as if I were a child) the hookup in these words....."You go from the out of XXXX to the in of XXXXX? That is the best way to tell me.

So many midi cables...so little time! Thanks a million if u can help!
